Q1. Can we integrate transaction (cashier) operations into our system, essentially eliminating the need for a POS?
- Is the POS connected to inventory/stock? If yes, can this also be integrated into our system?
**
A1**. POS is stand alone registered system and BIR registered too. POS already integrates and is connected to the inventory.*
Q2. If yes to Q1, what is the process for this? Is the client willing to undergo the process of integrating transaction management into our system?
A2. See A1
Q3. What operations do you currently use a POS for? Is it only for payment/transaction operations?
A3. See A1
Q4. What is your opinion on us proposing a public website where potential clients can view information about Lasema services and schedule appointments ahead of time, instead of walking in?
A4. It’s quite complex. Your system sounds like one for an airline. However, a spa is different. There is no such spa like that*
Q5. How do therapists clock in and clock out? Do they even clock in and clock out? We ask this since we may be able to utilize RFID cards for this purpose—attendance tracking—which can apply to all employees, not just therapists.
A5.* The therapists clock in and out using fingerprint biometrics.*
Q6. What is your opinion on having a personalized recommendation system (for massage services) for clients based on their information/profile? If implemented, this will be utilized in the public-facing frontend website along with the client booking functionality.
A6. Kinds of massage shall be explained and demonstrated online or in person, so that the client may choose the kind of massage they want
Q7. Do we need front desk advertisements for massage services (i.e., should this be part of our system)?
A7. It’s up to you to include ads into your system. However, it is necessary that the kind of massage is viewed in the frontdesk
Q8. What is decking (in the context of therapist commission)?
A8. The Therapist Decking refers to the official system for arranging the sequence or lineup of therapists, which serves as a guide for the fair and orderly assignment of clients for massage services. Therapists are organized in a “decking” or “lineup.” Whenever a client arrives requesting a massage service, the therapist at the top of the decking shall be assigned first. After completing the service, the therapist shall be moved to the end of the decking, allowing the next therapist in line to be prioritized for the succeeding client.
Q9. Are you open to expanding your payment methods beyond cash and GCash (e.g., integrating debit and credit card transactions)?
A9. Our stand alone POS system is also integrated with our payment system: Cash, Gcash, Credit and Debit cards
